IT systems and devices need maintenance just like mechanical devices, and may be more, because they control everything in the company or the organization in which they exist; this maintenance is divided into three types:
- IT Infrastructure Maintenance and Upgrades.
- Emergency Maintenance.
- Periodic preventive maintenance.
