Our safety and health department follows very strict measures to protect our workers, by specifying potential risks, marking dangerous areas, clearly highlighting dangerous practices and using the best tools and equipment to control them and prevent any possible mistakes as required and in a safe manner. We’re also committed to provide our workers with personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect them against workplace accidents, plus, we make sure that all work phases, operations, practices, structures and materials are compliant to international safety standard specifications. All of this contributes to our company’s development according to our limitless ambition. Our serious care about our individuals’ safety makes them care about their work and the company’s reputation, as they feel belonged and loyal to it, because it completely reserves their rights; moreover, the company’s administration is keen to create cooperation, respect and affection spirit between workers.

At Al‑Aistidama Company, occupational safety and health policy and procedures in all services provided by the company are compliant to ISO 45001: 2018 and 14001: 2015 safety standards which aim to develop the policy of protecting personal safety and occupational health and establish a practical system that takes into account all risks with precise identification and work on preventing them. In order to achieve many of the benefits of the company such as: Reduce the loss of accidents, whether in individuals or equipment, and avoid accidents resulting from accidents and avoid absences from work due to injury as well as reduce the cost of treatment at the expense of health insurance.
The company’s HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) policy is governed by well-known international standards such as OSHA and NEBOSH, both of which are organizations that set standards and requirements to maintain occupational safety, health and the environment. We fully adhere to these standards for all IT works, engineering services and general trading.
